Weekly Photo Challenge: Today!

Today!Today found me downtown at the small and groovy coffee shop staffed by adorably pierced kids who are cooler than I'll ever be again.  I had my moments; now they have theirs.  I spent some time with a good friend,  had some heartfelt talk, drank some tea, surfed some web, and people-watched the locals go about their daily business.  I could probably make up something...like this is the same cup Elvis drank out of when he visited here, or that the walls were painted by pixies trying to lull the customers into a false sense of security.  But no.  It's just a nice little place with a relaxing color scheme.  There are worse ways to spend a day.
